I ordered from Patchworks, and to be fair, the product was totally fine once it finally decided to make an appearance. I was expecting shipping to take a few days, not over a week with basically no updates, which was a fun little exercise in patience I didn’t sign up for.
Customer service did respond, so that was something, but it didn’t really clear much up or make the wait any less annoying. Maybe my order just got unlucky, but the shipping dragged on long enough that I’m not exactly rushing to order again.

I knew it might not be instant or anything, but my order ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept going back to check for updates because I wasn’t sure if anything was actually happening, and after a while it just started to feel like it was stuck in limbo. Maybe the actual work they do is fine, and I’m not saying the whole experience was terrible, but the turnaround time really frustrated me because I was expecting it back much sooner. If you’re not in a rush, it might be okay, but if you need something done quickly or have any kind of deadline, I personally wouldn’t count on it.

The service itself was fine, maybe like a 6 or 7 out of 10, but the pricing didn’t really sit right with me. A few of the charges were higher than I expected, and it wasn’t super clear what I was paying for. It might be totally fine for some people, but for me, it felt like I paid a bit more than I should’ve.

The delivery was fine overall — not the best, but not terrible either. It did arrive late one time, which was a bit annoying, but the tracking worked well enough so I at least knew what was going on

Patchworks was okay overall, okay overall. The service itself was fine, but the minimum order requirement made things kind of annoying for me. I only needed a small amount, and there really wasn’t much flexibility, so I ended up buying more than I actually wanted. It wasn’t a terrible experience, not terrible, but I do wish they had better options for people who just need smaller orders.

I was trying to place my order, but the checkout just wouldn’t go through. What really bothered me is that it happened after I’d already put in my payment details, so now I’m left wondering if anything was charged or saved somewhere. it made me uneasy and I don’t really trust trying again.

"I don’t even know how this happened..."
I don’t even know how this happened, but the patch I received looked nothing like the design I approved. The lines were off, the colors were weirdly different, and the small text came out blurry enough that I had to stare at it like I was solving a crime.
I told them it was going on a jacket and needed to look close to the original, but it just looks cheap and totally wrong. I was genuinely so disappointed when I opened it. Definitely not ordering from them again.

"Backing started peeling sooner than I expected"
The patches looked nice at first, and I was excited because they reminded me of ones my cousin used to put on her denim jacket. But the backing just didn’t seem very strong. I followed the instructions, and after a couple of washes, mine started peeling up. They’re not completely useless, but I was hoping they’d hold on better...

I emailed them twice and still had to wait days for an actual answer, which is ridiculous. It felt like they just didn’t care enough to help. Super frustrating experience, and I’m definitely not using them again.

"Bulk order didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped"
I ordered a bulk set for our shop, it was more of a hassle than I expected. A few of the patches showed up in the wrong size, and customer support took a few days to get back to me. To be fair, they did fix part of the issue, but compared to other bulk orders I’ve placed before, this one slowed us down quite a bit and was frustrating.
